Engineering Industries (Foundries, Forgings, Machinery Production, Automotive, …) always care more Quality Control of products, both to better present them on the market, both cogent purpose.

The Company’s Quality Control Laboratory ensures the finished products specifications and Raw Materials and contributes to Research and New Product Development and, at times, it is in charge of Product Certifications.
In addition to the now widespread ISO 9001 Certification, Mechanics Industry often credits its laboratory according to the UNI CEI EN ISO-IEC 17025, so that the verification of the specific test performed are internationally recognized.
The use of LIMS systems is of fundamental importance and, unlike the systems of ERP / MES extensions, which often is limited to checking of values, supports of the QC Laboratory Processes, integrating both with ERP / MES, both with SCADA systems :

• in the management of Product and Job order Technical Specifications,
• in ascertaining the quality requirements in the stages of production in which are to be applied (checks on incoming raw materials and processes so on finished products),
• in the production of the necessary information to those responsible for the monitoring of production.

The Laboratory is an area of high specialization, which must have access to advanced tools, such as :

• integrated systems of data acquisition from instruments
• the management of the maintenance and calibration of instruments and machines
• automation and validation of calculations applied to measurements
• the production of variable layout Test Reports and detailed Technical Reports
• Control Charts of Products and monitored Processes
• Planning and Environmental Controls Management
