Technical Relations

A test Laboratory often need to produce technical relations (in addition to the Test Reports) that are characterized both by their complexity (Comments, marks, images, tables, drawings, etc .. are needed in addition to Results), both for the quality graphics and page layout applications that require to be more understandable.

The Technical Reports must be drawn up using a “template” that, for example, also includes the results of the tests, automatically restore attachments and setting at least one introductory and a conclusive section.

The LIMS “Analisi” provides two different methods for the automated preparation of Technical Reports :

• Technical Relations – W (Word)
  • It is a more flexible and powerful system, which offers the ability to manage both the variable structure of test reports, both technical relations through a “Text Data Merge” system between the data samples and Word templates freely definable by user.
    This system allows to obtain a final document even complex, simply drawing the Word template of tests that make up the sample and indicating which fields will be automatically filled from the system by withdrawing them from the database.
    All Word templates of tests will then be joined together to create the final Technical Relations from Samples or Acceptance.

• Technical Relations – R (Report)
  • This is the automatic creation of a Technical Report Integrated composed (in configurable manner) by :
    • Cover and Introduction (if required) with customizable standard layout
      Test Reports of Samples (n) belonging to Acceptance, each with :
    • • its layout and “Informative Profile” (which contains the information that the laboratory choose to attach as “characteristics” to that particular type of sample.
        Ex. Emissions for: “Height of the point of emission, driving conditions, stage of the process, etc.)
    • relevant Annexes to sample (Photos, tables, diagrams) (if selected printing flag)
    • Attachments Acceptance (n) (if present and required)
    • Drawing verbal (if required)
    • Summary Technical Report, which uses a different layout for a different type of test (Matrix) and can contain autocomposte sentences with text and information (data) obtained from the Database of LIMS (dynamic content entries).

The Technical Relation, thus compiled, will be stored in a configurable folder from program.
In the presence of the module “Digital Signature” is also possible to digitally sign the report and send it by email.
