The Module “LIMS-Doc” creates synergy among the documents produced or managed in various ways by the LIMS, with a Documental Repository on the Document Workflow System

It is the processing and export functions of the documents produced by the LIMS and its associated :
Documents generated by LIMS (divided by customer / Type Doc. Or vice versa) and complete metadata (search fields) associated with each document type, are stored in the Archive Documents “Alfresco” :
- Test Reports for Sample and cumulative from Acceptance
- Test Reports for Sample
- Excel Spreadsheets compiled by Operators
- Sheets Model-LIMS-IP compiled by LIMS IP Operators (Operator break mode)
- Row-Data (Files data output from instruments that were acquired by LIMS-IP) (without operator break)
- Quotes
- Contracts
- Invoices
- Attachments to Samples (Photos, chromatograms, Row-date, …)
- Attachments to Acceptances (Ex. Verbals, …)
In the LIMS, Link to Documents on Alfresco to consult during operation (Ex. Methods, …) replace traditional hyperlinks, to allow access to only authorized users and only the updated versions of the same (“hot ” link).
