The optional “Qualifications – Quality Control Laboratory – Human Resources Management” module supports the Operators Qualification Process, and is part of a module set that run within the LIMS, control and calibration of instruments and validation / validation checks of Methods in an Accredited Laboratory, integrating it with the Module “Tools” (Metrological Confirmation); The Validation System of methods is instead managed by the SW Package “ValMeth”
The system “Qualifications” will have a dash of scheduling and control that will oversee all qualifying activities and deadlines by eliminating multiple entries of the same information in different prospectuses and document templates in view of a rationalization of recordings.
The Sub-Module “Managing Human Resources” allows you to organize the necessary activities to operationalize each Associate according to the tasks which will be allocated over time, and to verify the maintenance of the achieved qualifications.
The informational structure involves the design of “Individual Training Processes“, which shape the training process planned for each Employee (Professional training courses, Testing Practices, supervised Tiling Activities, …).
These needs may be originated by taking jobs, the conduct of testing qualifications, the application of new methods, the use of new tools.
Each Educational process consists of individual Step, each of which provides for the registration of an Outcome; to successfully conclude the training process, all required steps have to be successfully overcome.
QC Responsible has a control-panel dashboard that allows him to evaluate when to organize collective training courses, establish the objectives, the participants and the Calendar.
For each course (held in the Laboratory or a third party) is expected to register the participants and speakers, the traceability of the attendance at each lesson; the outcome gives the way to evaluate whether to assign authorizations to predetermined tasks, or open of nonconformities for the Formative Process of each employee and enable corrective actions.
