AccettazioneThe Sample Acceptance organizes for Samples Reception for Controls and External measurements, Consulting services, … with release of delivery receipts, print Samples labels .

Automation of Acceptance generation by models /  Drawing Points/ Contracts / Check Scheduled Samples Arrivals, etc.. is planned.
Is offered the chance to manage “contracts variable model”, that is, situations in which you can decide how many and which Samples were received only after the sampling (Ex. Land: you can know only in retrospect how many cores, how many samples with standard test and how many extra. / Ex. Food: general Agreement on levy HACCP Mensa with subsequent specification of such samples or checks carried out).
Alternatively (or in addition) there is also a data loading mode specifically designed for manufacturing companies which carry out checks on raw materials / semi-finished / Finished Products or the production cycles at intervals on Lots.
There is a process of “Quick” Acceptances based on a system designed to need to peak in the loads of Acceptances (Ex. campaign contributions).

Each sample consists of a head with general information (customer, Place of Withdrawal, the analysis type, etc …) and customizable “features” (Profile Information) and a detail whose Tests list is automatically fillable.
Deviations from the values Standard limits (law, even multiple) or Specific Limits (for Contract, Authorization, Product, Client, …).
“Classifications” management for compliance with more Ref. Law / Alternative Limits.
Many typing mistakes can be avoided by checking the result on the “Acceptable Range”.
The results can also be temporarily “suspended”, and appropriately highlighted along with “Alarm”.
You can also load analysis in the “Profile” mode; the profile is the set of a series of analysis of elements whose values usually are loaded together. For example, the Drinking Water Profile includes the parameters: pH, temperature, color, ammonia, etc …
Each test, however, can be Elementary or Compost (set of elementary), and then the profile is a grouping of second level.
“Samples-model” can be prepared for use with the copy functions. This allows the operator assigned to uploads is greatly facilitated in his work. The Code Operator, Worker Registration, and the date of analytical determination are associated with each value.

The detailed description of the Procedure attached to each test can be viewed directly in the sample, you can choose among the provided alternatives Methods, memorize the performance and match enabled Operators.
The Notes to the sample if repetitive, can be called from an archive and modified; each laboratory can be defined as “n” types of note and place each type at will in the trial report.
It is also possible to completely describe each type of sample by adding the “profile information” (user-defined description fields. For ex. for the Food Laboratory may decide to add the “Temperature” and “Appearance” fields).
