The Proficiency Test module allows you to manage in a simple and effective participation in Interlaboratory Circuits activities (Proficiency Test or Ring Test).
Necessary additions have been added; additions allow both of managing the activity of participation in Interlaboratory Circuits trainee customary Sample management, either making effective use of the results of participation in the circuit (CQ Interlaboratory) for intra-laboratory Quality Control.
The Management of Contracts / Specifications of the LIMS, already allows the introduction of the test assignments received by the Manager of the Circuit.
Specifically, in the definition of the sample “Model”, tests to be executed are loaded and the number of repetitions required from the circuit.
Starting with the specifications defined for the individual Interlaboratory Circuit, test samples to analyze are directly generated with the repetitions of the evidence, if any, as per the request of the same circuit.
The communication of the data to the Circuit can take place, in addition to common mode (fax, by manual input portal, email, etc …), including in electronic form, assuming generate a file E.D.D. directly from the LIMS, according to the specified format may be requested from the circuit (Mod. Opt. “QA / QC Basic Level”).
Once received the results from the circuit, data can be entered directly into LIMS, that automatically recognizes the fields related to circuits using specific terminology (Assigned value, z-score, Outcome).
Automatic formatting of the outcome immediately gives evidence to the laboratory, in the person of CQ Responsible, of any unsatisfactory responses.
The data of the samples referred to the circuit can be directly accessed from the operator card (proficiency tests).
A similar pattern to that set for the participation in the Interlaboratory circuit can be configured for internal use, for example for checking the Repeatability.
In particular, the data obtained from the circuit, ie the expected value and the z-score, can be used by setting them as reference values respectively for the medium and standard deviation (obtained by z-score) of the single test in a new specification for CQ.
