It is based on the Archive Clients (classified as “potential” until they enter into a contract) and other data tables already available to the Lims, to offer its customers complete offer of the technical specifications of the tests to be carried out and their Price Lists.
The Quote also lays the foundation for the planning of external sampling, effectively managed by the provided Module, the description of which reference is made. It is also important to point out that the full integration of this module into the LIMS “Analisi” allows the use of automatic Acceptances creation based on the acquired contracts.
You can draft Estimates providing testing activities across multiple types of Samples and / or services, whose models are described in the various sections of the Quote itself. Each Section is structured as a Champion, and allows detailed configuration that allows the ability to adapt to the specific (UM limits, etc ..) of a customer and / or Off-take (Ex point. Authorization for a point of emission into the atmosphere).
The Quote follows a Workflow that involves several “states” involving the Commercial activities, Technical Verification and Approval, after which the Quote is formally drawn up according to the personalized “models” and sent via email to those directly affected.
In the case of integration with a Document Management System, the Preventive (for ex. in .pdf format) is stored in the Document “Repository” to allow a search also via text content.
It is important to emphasize that it is possible to integrate the Budgeting System of the Laboratory with the Company, such as interfacing a system of Administrative Management.
