The main purpose of the module is to obtain the precise tracking of internal standard solutions, of culture soil and in general of all preparations realized in the laboratory, with the ability to print bar-code labels, manage preparation and expiration dates and make Controls quality on the same preparation simply and automatically.
Traceability is also guaranteed by the fact that, for each batch of preparation / standards associated in each test in the LIMS, can be traced back to lots of individual components used to create it.
The Article registry now provides the opportunity to identify with a flag those internally produced and those for whom it is necessary to conduct tests of the QC before use.
To create a composed product must follow directions into the archive “Technical Data Sheet” that lists, as in a bill of materials, such items are needed, the respective amounts and any quality controls to be carried out on the finished product (ex. ” pH “, ..).
For products for which you need a quality control can be associated to the Recipe QC Tests to be conducted before the release of the Product.
The program will handle the automatic generation of the samples on which to carry out the required tests.

The “Product Creation” tab allows you to choose the finished product to be created by assigning a specific “Code Lot” with its expiration date and choose the stock location where to allocate the created internal preparation.
Movements allowed in this phase are those of warehouse unloading of articles (lots with nearest maturity), the established qty by Recipe, and the load of the Internal Preparations created.
At this stage you can print a label with code and description of the created internal preparation, the Lot code, the bar-code and the Deadline.
If in the Technical Specifications have been provided QC tests, the program will automatically create the Samples details which will contain the required tests.
it is possible, also, to create a QC sample for a preparation purchased from Supplier that requires the inspection tests.
In this phase, in addition to the product and to the specific lot on which to perform the tests, will be possible to choose the required tests.
When the QC sample created will be printed in definitive, compared to a positive outcome of the test, the lot will be made available for use (exhaust) from materials warehouse.
The display of Lots shows the status of each Lot and highlighting, at the same time, (red square) the lots not yet usable because you have not yet carried out the expected QC tests (Champion).
