The HACCP is a system for food security based on the Forecast, Prevention and Process Control.
The drafting of a HACCP plan is obviously up to the experts in the food sector.
The software designer has the task to create a “tool” that allows to assist the expert to reach more easily the objectives it has set itself.
The Software “HAZARD” aims to support the documental phase, decision, control and statistics to provide a valuable tool:
Laboratories and Consultants who offer consultancy services for setting up of the HACCP Plan to companies (especially small and medium)
To Food Production Companies.
Each of the two realities described above has different requirements:
The first need to produce the document “HACCP plan“ very quickly from pre-set tables contain information Features for Type Company.
For example for an Industrial Bakery I must be able to know in advance what are the character Phases, Classes Typical Product, Raw Materials Typical, Risks Typical for each phase, the Control Measures and Preventive and Corrective Actions.

- A HACCP plan including the highlighting of Critical Points, the flow charts by Product (Automatic for small businesses or connected with sw flow charting dedicated for manufacturing companies), the definition of Autodiagnostic, the Internal Procedures. The drafting of the Plan can be fully automatic and standard (of course, after adjustment of the information to the specific reality treated by an expert in the field HACCP), or may provide a graphical presentation and personalized content with text beginning Plan and Plan to End composition free (with the possible export of MS / Word). The realized Plan may undergo subsequent revisions, or be reused for similar realities. For Signatures are provided Companies for the construction, testing and approval.
- A set of “n” documents “Attachments” in the Plan (data collection sheets, Minutes of Meetings, detailed specifications, various instructions).
- A Self-Control Registry, complete with automatic module preparation for the manual recording of own-checks.
- A list of Preventive Actions and Control (Cleaning Cards measures) provided for in the Plan for each of the tested environments.

You can also create HACCP plans directly from the customer on a laptop and then update the Archive Plans of the headquarter.

- The presence of a contextual online help that provides explanations about the meaning of command summaries and helps in the process of application start-up.
- Automatic linking with other applications (word processing, spreadsheets) to which the press can be passed, for example the HACCP plan or a statistic for a more refined reworking.
