The Workflow Noncompliance, realized in “Alfresco” environment (Content Management) organizes, in “regulated” way, the flow of the related assets at the opening of a “Non-Conformity”.
Lets you monitor and document the path relative to the treatment of a generic non-compliance, starting from the corresponding document.
The “Editor” is the owner of the original document, and is the one who starts the workflow and oversees the resolution process.
Can be assigned a priority to the Non-conformity.
For everyone involved in the Non Conformity is created its “task” management and the workflow will not continue until all affected users will not have completed their assigned step.
Each user involved can receive an email notification of the opening of non-compliance.
The “manager” (one or more than one) then has the task of treating the non-conformity viewing the assigned task, assigning, for example, the cause and suggesting the treatment; the closure of this phase involves the warning to “editor” who can comment and / or evaluate whether to close the non-compliance after a verification of the activities carried out by means of chronological display.
It is also offered the possibility to notify via email to one or more users, even not directly involved in the management process of the non-compliance, that the non-compliance itself has been closed.
