Requests for Production Quality Control via a Web portal, is an effective solution for the Industrial Production environments that interact with their own internal quality control laboratory, both for laboratories C / to third parties that offer the same service to production, maintaining the Batch / production batches traceability undergoing Compliance Control.
The Module “Cqp Web” is realized to offer following services:
- Requests of quality assessment by the Production
- Samples Consultation
- Lots Consultation
The system involves the interaction between two distinct parts :
- internal to LIMS to the exclusive use of the Laboratory
- the other formed from the Web itself, that Customer / Production will consult from outside by its browser.
The inquiry carried out on the Web Portal from production, is confirmed by the part of the laboratory verification of the conformity of the received samples and followed by automatic generation of Acceptance in LIMS.
The Management of Controls on Lots (web side) (C.Q.P.), allows you to search them and view them by highlighting the alarm signals.
For each Sample-Lot is possible to open the details of the test in order to see the result of the individual tests and the corresponding limit by which the check was carried out.
It is possible to export on MS Excel file the list of lots filtered on video with the columns on the page from which you are launching export.
The manufacturing companies (Food, Chemicals, etc …) with internal Laboratory, can directly create assessment Requests for Quality Control related to the lots, to be submitted to the Laboratory through a new Web interface that requires no additional Licenses of LIMS.
The laboratory checks and approves the requests, automatically creates Investigations (Acceptances / Samples) consequential and carry out controls according to the specifications (raw materials, semi-finished products, Finished Products).
From production, increasingly via the web, you can manage the release of lots based on the results of checks carried out, and compare them with the specifications (custom limits for Test / Product / Customer).
Additions are also achievable with S.C.A.D.A. systems, to match and compare the laboratory test to other information gathered in Production
