Urgent warning SMS / Email

sms_emailThe “Urgent Alert” Module allows you to organize the urgent communication of the results of tests carried out by the Laboratory to customers who need to be warned promptly, to monitor the results of certain tests, or the occurrence of abnormal situations (over set limits).

These needs are common, for example, as part of the Food Production Control.

The communication is parameterized for :

  • Client
  • Signaling type (Ex. only some tests and only if outside limit)
  • Type of transmission (SMS or Email)
