The print of Test Reports (RdP) can be made with different selection criteria, so you can print, for example, all RdP within the same Acceptance (with its cover letter) and / or date and / or the Buyer; the user can also specify a manual list.
Each test report can have a different layout to the type of test, or use one of the custom ones.
The test report can be “cumulative” for samples of the same Acceptance.
The test report may have “variable layout“, i.e. the detailed sections that compose it, can automatically look different from one another as a function of the Test Profiles involved in the Sample.

The system automatically recognizes the need to print the RdP in “Accredited methods” and show whether or not the value of the uncertainty calculated using different approaches (Restrictive, On Limits, Extensive) depending on the test type.
There is also the possibility to print the attachments (ex. Technical reports, chromatograms, pictures etc …) associated with each sample.
The RdP is sent with Auto-delivery in the format required by the individual Clients (print, fax, e-mail) also to multiple recipients (for information).
You can then create an “Archive of RdP” Electronic ex. in “.pdf”, storing RdP “.pdf” in a folder, and/or prepare the “Document Management” by associating automatically search criteria.
