Once the laboratory has a DataBase of analytical data it is natural that we have the opportunity to subject them to Statistics rework, both to offer an additional service to the customers of laboratories c / to third parties, both to have an internal control of analytical data.
It is to obtain, from the data, sufficient information to make decisions.
Since this is, in essence, the purpose of each Laboratory, it is reasonable to attribute the due importance to the production of synthesis Reports, data extraction, analysis of the same, and the “data mining” for correlating the information, completing so the analytical results with anything enabling the customer to take informed actions.
The Module “Statistics” provides :
- Reports of Count (Samples and Tests)
- Reports on Profitability (Departments, Customer)
- automatic creation of Pivot Tables that allow selections, sorts and calculations on the selected data;
The selection criteria are working for intervals or individual selections.
The set of criteria can create a standard query that is assigned a name so you can reuse it later.
Statistics are also provided “on-Contract Specifications-Drawing Point-Study”, in order to obtain control charts with trends of comparable basis refer precisely to an agreement (or a “Study”).
- “Line” Charts, for comparison of the performance of individual tests compared to the limits, or “Radar” to visually compare the results of homogeneous samples.
- Control Charts (“Shewhart” (Medium and Range)) for many applications based on multiple selection criteria set.
The Shewhart cards can also be used for “Target Audits” (Media and StdDev) of each test for each specification / Point.
The Shewhart control cards, are also a powerful statistical monitoring system, using powerful new selection criteria, adopted applies :
- in control of the results of the “ordinary” tests
- in the verification of the Drawing Points Monitoring Plans (with the possible selection of “Testing Indicator” freely definable)
- in the control of the proper functioning of Laboratory Instruments
- in Periodic verification of Operators’ Qualification
