The laboratory must be able to monitor the progress of activities on the samples. For this purpose, multiple search modes have been set, sort and display for on-screen and in print summary statements (S.A.L. Laboratory), and direct access to the samples to be controlled with just one click on the button corresponding to the detected line-sample.
For each Sample in the state “not complete” you can check the reason for which the sample is not yet completed (Ex.: Missing Start and End Test dates…), and the completion status for Department (those affected by the planned tests for current sample), so as to urge the operators of the Department that determine the delay.
It is also possible to check whether any “specific details” were read.
Who coordinates the operational activities of the laboratory, has the need to show, for each agreement, the Departments that have the pending work, so you can better interpret the current state of the laboratory; it is the situation of the processing samples in Departments (qty and delivery dates).
There are also various other Reports of synthesis and control, such as :

- Prospectus and delivery times RdP to be sent, which offers a “dashboard control” concerning the cumulative elapsed time between each of the main steps of work progress Sample, also highlighting the expected date of delivery and the possible delay.
