- Maintenance of software in operation
Only the realization of documents “User Requirements” and “Functional Specifications” allow you to define in advance an estimate of time and costs of the Project Software.
- Customization of interventions on Software Packages
These are entities contained interventions, designed to meet special needs of the customer.
Even in this case is a formalized operating procedure designed to correct evaluation, implementation, test and subsequent maintenance of the planned functionality provided by the intervention of customization:
- drafting of the document “Request for Customer”
- Verification of the request reasons
- Drafting of the Budget Implementation (specifications) with the simultaneous evaluation by the reference of the Technical development schedule
- Presentation of the Customization’s Offer to the Client
- Realization of Customizations
- Test
- Update the customer card to keep the traceability of the customizations made on SW Standard.
