These activities are proposed in “proactive mode” to users whose tasks include such controls (Ex. Service and Laboratory Resp.).
The scrutineering / approvals management can be set parametrically, with one or two levels of control, depending on the organizational structure of each Test Laboratory. Once you decide the number of control levels, the Laboratory can apply them in two distinct way :
- Onscreen controls on the samples’ results through the selection filter :
- Service Managers verify, about completed samples, test results within their competence, or they can “suspend” certain determinations.
- The Head of Laboratory approves the results of the tests verified by the Service Managers, and decides the “suspended”.
- Controls through screen preview sequence of Test Reports :
- This methods is designed to allow not only a visual inspection of the results, but also as they will appear in print the Test Reports, in order to realize even the correctness and any NON compliance of the data representation.
All this without having to make preventive paper prints that are wasting time and add costs.
At each RdP preview, the Service or the Laboratory Manager, has the power to approve, or to assign “No Compliance”, on the result of the single test and / or on the entire sample.
Non-compliance can be automatically notified via email to the concerned person, and operated by specifically functionality designed for archive processing of non-conformities.
