They allow the definition of “Specific Test” through the construction of “models-sample” which identify both the technical specifications (Tests, limits, methods, Quantif Limit., Reference values, averages and historical Dev.Std), and the commercial specifications (prices) or those of the Test Schedule to be made
These specific proposals are based on the contents of the basic data archives (Tests, methods, lists, ..) but may undergo changes that remain valid only within the same Specification.
Such data structure can then be used for the definition of:
–Contracts and Job Orders (automatically generated by the Mod. Optional Estimates)
– Specifications Sampling Points for Drawing (ex. Control geographically dispersed points (cleaners, chimneys, ..) or points of a Production Line (ex. To HACCP controls)
– Specifications of Conformity for product, product / customer, product / supplier
– Specific for Studies / Research Models
– Planned Internal Control Protocols (Samples owl for Operators Control, Tools, …)
The reference to the single specification, whatever its use within the Laboratory, is the foundation for statistics Samples and monitoring via the Control Charts.
